The number of diagrams, coupled with their location is the responsibility of the EPC, but once again Safety Skills will provide expert guidance to aid you in the decision-making process. You must adhere to specific requirements with respect to the height of the displayed diagram, its size and orientation plus most importantly, the prescribed minimum elements.
Allow Safety Skills to conduct a site visit to thoroughly assess your facility and document all relevant data points to formulate your diagrams. They must be maintained and amended to reflect any changes to floor plans, egress routes, emergency equipment, etc.
They have a maximum lifespan of 5 years, and it is the responsibility of the EPC to audit them on an annual basis.
